An initial assessment is the usual route for case management referrals, to allow us to gain a clear picture of your client's needs and how we can help them with daily living goals, employment, education allowing individuals to reach their full potential. We also provide medico-legal reports on functional ability, risk and standard cognitive assessments as required.
