We provide independent fidelity reviews. These are designed to support providers with a detailed fidelity review report and scoring with suggestions and tips on how to develop and enhance the service.

Fidelity reviews are recommended within 6-9 months of a new service being commissioned and at regular intervals either yearly or six monthly depending on the service.

Many commissioners now ask employment services who claim to offer IPS to have an independent fidelity review to assure the quality of the service.

Assessing your service regularly, producing and reviewing service development action plans is an excellent way to continuously improve. The fidelity review helps organisations to prepare an action plan to improve adherence to the model.

Research shows that the closer your service is to the model the better the job outcomes for clients.
